BIM Delivery Lead – Data Centre Projects (Sweden – GVX)€90,000 - €110,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance We are working with a leading data centre delivery contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced BIM Delivery Lead to join their site team in Sandviken, Sweden. This is a senior BIM leadership role responsible for driving overall BIM delivery across a major data centre project. You will lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians, ensuring full coordination between MEP, CSA, and site teams to support safe and efficient project delivery. This role suits an experienced BIM professional who can lead teams, manage complex coordination environments, and support large-scale mission-critical construction projects.Key Responsibilities• Lead overall BIM delivery across the project lifecycle• Manage and coordinate a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and execution plans• Drive coordination between MEP, CSA, subcontractors, and site teams• Manage clash detection, model coordination, and resolution processes• Oversee production of coordinated drawings, models, and schedules• Support site teams with installation sequencing and buildability input• Liaise with package managers and engineering teams on complex interfaces• Support junior BIM staff and drive best practice development• Contribute to BIM innovation, digital delivery, and process improvement• Ensure BIM outputs align with programme, quality, and construction requirementsAbout You• Experience as BIM Lead / BIM Manager / BIM Team Lead• Strong Revit experience (MEP focused essential)• Experience delivering large-scale construction or data centre projects• Proven ability to manage BIM teams and coordination workflows• Strong knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and clash detection processes• Excellent understanding of MEP systems and installation coordination• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced site environments
